Are you a datadriven Process Mining expert passionate about uncovering hidden insights and optimizing business operations Blue Lobster is seeking a skilled consultant to help our clients leverage process mining tools and techniques. If you excel at analyzing event logs visualizing process flows and identifying areas for improvement we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
As a Process Mining Consultant at Blue Lobster you will collaborate with our clients to analyze their business processes using process mining tools and techniques. You will identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and deviations and provide actionable recommendations for process optimization.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Analyzing event logs and extracting process insights using process mining tools.
- Visualizing and mapping business processes using process mining software.
- Identifying process bottlenecks inefficiencies and deviations.
- Conducting root cause analysis and providing actionable recommendations.
- Developing process performance dashboards and reports.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define process improvement initiatives.
- Implementing process monitoring and control systems.
- Providing training and support on process mining tools and techniques.
- Evaluating and selecting process mining software and tools.
- Creating and maintaining project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Process Mining Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of process mining principles and techniques.
- Experience with leading process mining tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with database and data manipulation.
- Fluency in Swedish and English both written and spoken.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies.
