We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Business Teacher to join our Outstanding school in Redditch. The successful candidate will teach Business at both GCSE and ALevel and will become an integral part of a dynamic and supportive Business department. Whether you are an experienced Business teacher or an ECT this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop within a highachieving and collaborative school environment.

Experience and Qualifications
- A degree in Business or a related field
- A teaching qualification with QTS
- Ability to teach Business at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and ALevel)
- Passionate about delivering engaging Business lessons and helping students achieve their best
Specific Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering lessons that engage and challenge students
- Assessing and recording student progress
- Maintaining a safe supportive and positive learning environment
- Encouraging students development both academically and personally
- Building strong relationships with colleagues students and parents
Salary
The salary will be paid in line with the teacher pay scale (MPS / UPS).
