At Coresystems were transforming enterprise customer service with InsightLoop our groundbreaking AIpowered platform launched in 2023. As part of our growth journey were looking for an experienced and ambitious Account Executive to expand our European presenceand help us scale globally.

If you have a strong SaaS sales background an established network in key industries and the drive to win major accounts we want you on our team!

Tasks

Drive fullcycle sales from prospecting to closing deals & generating ARR
Engage with Csuite executives & key decisionmakers in enterprise accounts
Develop & execute a strategic outbound sales approach for large 1B revenue) organizations
Deliver compelling AIpowered product demos that address client needs
Craft highvalue proposals & negotiations aligned with customer pain points
Leverage LinkedIn & personal branding to connect with key stakeholders
Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and hit revenue targets
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth onboarding & customer success
Stay ahead of GenAI advancements and evolving market trends

Requirements

Strong network in at least one key industry (Discrete Manufacturing Medical Equipment or Energy & Utilities)
Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
Experience selling GenAI solutions or other advanced technologies
Ability to navigate and win large accounts 1B revenue)
Excellent discovery presentation & negotiation skills with Csuite executives
Fluent in English & German (C1/C2 level written & verbal)
Resilient entrepreneurial mindset you thrive in fastmoving environments
CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of enterprise software sales experience
Bachelors degree in business technology or related field
Experience with consultative selling methodologies
Understanding of technical implementation processes
