Title: SAP S/4 Service Cloud Consultant
Location: Required to travel to Tacoma WA (weekly)
SAP Service Cloud Solution Consultant JD as below:
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to develop tailored SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center solution
- Configure and hands on with the testing of SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center solution to ensure they are aligned with business requirements
- Provide expert guidance on utilities industry best practice with SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center Solution
- Manage project work and customer expectations throughout the project life cycle
- Ability review and provide guidance to functional team in business process document/functional specs writeup; configure the system and problem solving
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams both internal and external; including developers and offshore teams
- Handon experience in configure SAP Service Cloud and SAP S4HANA ISU for system integration
- Solid understanding of utility business process especially in customer service: customer interaction account identification and MIMO process
- Indepth understanding of SAP ISU data model
- Indepth understanding of SAP Service Cloud Project Life Cycle in pre and post go live activities
- Indepth understanding of MIMO process
- Indepth understanding of SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center standard functionalities
- Indepth understanding of data replication between SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center solution with SAP S4HANA ISU
- Indepth understanding of the extensibility framework of SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center solution with SAP S4HANA ISU
- Minimum of one green field endtoend SAP CRM 7.X Utilities Call Center implementation
