Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement daily and weekly targets for work .
- Allocate manpower and resources to meet project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate Daily Site Reports.
- Manage material issuance to supervisors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate tool and equipment requirements onsite.
- Attend inspections with consultants to ensure compliance with standards.
- Monitor productivity and provide feedback to management.
- Raise Work Inspection Requests (WIR) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR) in collaboration with QA/QC teams.
- Assist in closing NonConformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs).
- Maintain detailed concrete pouring logs and monitor progress against schedules.
- Perform quantity takeoffs for material requirements and follow up on procurement.
- Assist the Project Engineer in preparing method statements and ensure subcontractor compliance.
- Maintain updated registers of specifications and drawings.
- Implement and enforce HSE policies and ensure adherence to QHSE procedures.
- Achieve HSE objectives in line with company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project/Technical Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Preferably MMUP/UPDA certified.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas sector.
