Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Production Supervisor to join our Building and Finishing Riverside Team. This position contributes to the manufacturing process of Stucco EIFS Grouts and other products. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and develop team performance by setting objectives communicating expectations and providing training and coaching to staff.
- Oversee production planning and ensuring efficient workflow quality standards and timely completion of manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols company policies and industry regulations.
- Supervise equipment maintenance troubleshooting and repair processes to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) production data and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve production issues implement process improvements and support overall plant operations.
- Warehouse experience required.

Education and/or Experience
Associates degree in an Engineering or Technical field a minimum. Bachelors degree in engineering or a technical field preferred. Incumbent must have a minimum of 5 years production supervisory experience in an automated manufacturing environment. Experience in Continuous Improvement Safety Protocols Project Management batch processing stucco products or chemical manufacturing environment a plus. Basic knowledge of industrial troubleshooting maintenance and repairs preferred. MUST HAVE STRONG HANDSON TECHNICAL ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE.
