Job Description
BG Global recruitment hiring a Quality Controller for a well reputed food processing company in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with food safety and quality management standards monitors production processes and optimizes resource utilization.
Inspect raw materials finished products and production processes.
Ensure SOP GMP HACCP and FSMS compliance.
Maintain documentation including CCP records (metal detectors Xray).
Conduct sensory evaluations for beef and chicken products.
Train and support the quality control team.
Report and address food safety and quality deviations.
Assist in improving production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor s in Food Manufacturing Business or related field.
2 years experience in FMCG or a related industry.
Knowledge of food microbiology SOPs GMP HACCP and documentation.
Strong communication teamwork and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
