The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office management facility maintenance security coordination and operational support aligned with company policies.
Oversee daytoday administrative tasks including office maintenance security and facility management.
Implement and enforce company policies to maintain discipline and organization.
Ensure proper security arrangements and liaise with relevant authorities when necessary.
Supervise office support staff including drivers janitors and guards ensuring efficiency and discipline.
Maintain inventory and oversee procurement of office supplies ensuring costeffectiveness.
Assist in vendor management and contract negotiations for facilityrelated services.
Handle emergency situations effectively and implement safety protocols.
Support HR and management in administrative compliance and staff welfare matters.
Maintain and update administrative records reports and documentation.
Ensure a wellmaintained organized and professional workplace environment.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 23 years of experience in administrative roles preferably with an army background.
Strong leadership discipline and organizational skills.
Excellent problemsolving and crisis management abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
