3. Opening and documenting quality LUP.
4. Identifying the root cause and the entities responsible for finding a technical solution (study office manufacturing plant suppliers etc..
5. Proposing immediate customer protection solutions and documenting the final solution to eliminate the defect.
6. Maintaining constant communication with service units.
7. Handling all DRGs within the allocated perimeter.
8. Capitalizing on encountered problems and the solutions found.
9. Presentation in quality instances
