Job Description

Were looking for a Commercial Solution Specialist help expand our strategic midsize customers Procore platform to include our current and future Analytics products and to ensure they drive the maximum value from them. In this role youll be the product champion for all of Procores analytics products and serve as a subject matter expert. You will succeed in this role when the customer purchases and realizes business performance gains from their investment. You will literally be helping improve the lives of our construction customers by connecting them on a global platform.

As a successful Commercial Solution Specialist youll help organizations understand best practices around leveraging analytical product solutions and the many business benefits they can provide. Youll work in a highly collaborative creative and driven environment that values openness optimism and ownership. In this role youll leverage your consultativemindset and knowledge of the construction industry and Procores software platform to provide clients with important recommendations on how analytics can help transform all aspects of the construction lifecycle. Youll partner closely crossfunctionally with Sales Customer Engineering PS Support Product and Marketing. Successful candidates are passionate about construction and technology.

This position can be based anywhere in the US. Were looking for candidates to join us immediately.

What youll do:

  • Function as the Analytics Subject Matter Expert for the account management teams you align with. Work with the Account team to identify Analytics crosssell opportunities within our existing strategic midsize customer base.
  • Partner with primary Account Manager and Inside Sales Rep on account strategy and product enablement to effectively position and sell our Analytics product suite ultimately driving customer attaches to achieve productspecific ARR targets. 
  • Provide periodic updates to our customers on product capabilities benefits/use cases and how that translates into customer value.
  • Provide visibility into Analytics performance forecasts and attach rates to help sales leadership build a plan for their ARR targets. 
  • Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers.

What were looking for:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5 years of demonstrated successful software sales preferably B2B or 5 years of construction industry experience utilizing Procore or competitive technologies
  • Experience using a consultative solutionbased sales methodology desired
  • Capacity to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships
  • An understanding of the construction industry across different verticals (general contracting subcontracting real estate development etc.
  • Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Procores product offerings business model services and emerging technologies
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on timesensitive projects
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills inperson and through virtual meetings direct message email etc.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to synthesize meaningful information from ambiguous data
  • Experience acting as a technology evangelist and promoter of modernizing the Construction industry is a plus

Additional Information :

Base Pay Range $44.00 $60.00 hourly plus commission for an estimated ontarget earnings of $151200 $207900.  This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
