Key Responsibilities:

• Create highquality animations for both advertisements and media content.
• Initially focus on designing ads with potential for growth into cartoonstyle animations for business history and faithbased narratives.
• Assist in the development of storyboards design concepts and animations from conceptualization to final production.
• Revise and improve animations based on feedback from the team.
• Manage your own workflow independently while ensuring several hours of overlap with the team (minimum 2 hours) for collaboration.
• Stay uptodate on animation trends techniques and software to enhance your work.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and provide valuable input in the development of new concepts.

• 12 years of animation experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work (new grads with personal projects are welcome).
• Proficiency in animation software such as Blender Illustrator and Adobe After Effects.
• Comfortable working independently as the sole animator on the team with the flexibility to manage your schedule.
• Ability to produce engaging animations tailored to different audiences with a focus on business history and faithbased content.
• Creative and passionate about animation and storytelling.
• Comfortable working with faithbased content and maintaining professionalism in that space.
• Strong communication skills for working in a remote team.
• Ability to take ownership of your work and follow through with minimal supervision.

• Experience with both 2D and 3D animation techniques.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects.
• Strong knowledge of design principles including typography and color theory.
• Open to working with diverse creative backgrounds.
• Willingness to take creative direction while also offering new ideas and innovation.

• Selfsufficient role with flexible working hours. As long as there is a minimum of 2 hours of overlap with the team you’ll be free to manage your time.

• 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) plus US holidays.

• The role will start slowly with the focus initially on ad design. As we expand there will be more opportunities for cartoonstyle animations centered around business history and faith.
• This is a solo creative role; we are looking for someone independent comfortable working on their own with minimal supervision and motivated to help grow the animation side of the business.
• We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience including new grads who have worked on personal projects or freelance work.
• This is a faithbased role and we are looking for someone who feels comfortable creating content in this space.
