Job Description

Job Title: Lead Setter & Appointment Setter

Location: Remote

About Us

We are one of the leading shortterm rental mentorship programs. Our goal is to help people start optimize and scale their shortterm rental portfolios using real estate strategies that work.

We’re growing fast and looking for a seasoned highly experienced Lead Setter to qualify and book calls with potential students for our highticket coaching program. This role is NOT for beginners—we need someone with real estate knowledge STR experience and a strong sales background who’s eager to become a fulltime closer on our team.

The Role

As our Lead Setter you’ll be the first point of contact for potential students responsible for qualifying leads and booking calls with our sales team. You’ll engage inbound leads conduct outbound outreach and interact directly with prospects across various channels—including DMs emails and phone calls.

This role is missioncritical to our sales team and is built as a stepping stone into a full highticket closing role for those who prove themselves.

What You’ll Do

  • Qualify Leads: Engage with inbound and outbound leads ensuring they are a strong fit for our coaching program before booking sales calls.
  • DM & Social Engagement: Jump into the client's Instagram account DMs YouTube comments and other social platforms to qualify and move prospects through the pipeline.
  • Outbound Outreach: Proactively follow up with leads via phone email and text ensuring no potential student slips through the cracks.
  • Inbound Call Management: Take inbound inquiries answer questions and guide potential students toward the next step in their STR journey.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Keep detailed notes and manage lead flow within our CRM system to maximize conversion rates.

Who You Are

  • Experienced & SalesDriven: At least 35 years in lead setting appointment setting or inside sales. This is NOT an entrylevel role.
  • Real Estate & STR Knowledge is a MUST: You understand Airbnb investing optimization and scaling—this isn’t optional.
  • Highly Coachable & GrowthMinded: You want to master sales and eventually become a closer for our highticket offers.
  • Confident & Personable: You’re a strong communicator who thrives in fastpaced sales environments and loves engaging with people.
  • Proactive & Organized: You follow up relentlessly track leads meticulously and always find a way to push deals forward.
