Senior Financial Controller Group Finance
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our Group Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is passionate about business possesses international experience and thrives in a lively lowhierarchy environment.
As a Senior Financial Controller you will take full ownership of the accuracy of our group financials monthly reporting and forecasting while playing a key role in supporting the CFO and senior leadership. You work closely with other members of the finance team. This position offers significant autonomy and will be critical in driving the financial strategy and operations of our international business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accuracy of the Groups monthly financial reporting process
- Oversee Group financial statements and reporting partnering with the outsourced accounting team
- Support business growth through clear insightful financial reporting and analysis including key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with external auditors and advisors to ensure smooth audits and accurate reporting processes
- Drive the Groups tax compliance including transfer pricing VAT CIT and international tax registrations in close cooperation with the CFO and external consultants
- Continuously improve processes and tools for financial controls and governance
- Supervise AP and AR specialists
- Manage cash flow and support liquidity management across the Group
- Other financial administrative and supporting team leadtasks will be part of the role as needed.
Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for a senior finance professional who can independently manage complex financial processes and take ownership of the financial landscape of the business.
- You should have solid experience 5 years) in accounting and financial control.
- A background in audit and familiarity with multicountry environments are highly valued.
- Understanding the complexities of international finance tax regulations and financial systems (e.g. NetSuite) will be crucial to your success in this role.

- We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about understanding the business and working closely with the business teams to drive value.
- You will need leadership and communication skills to manage financial processes and ensure their alignment with the business.
