David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join their offices in Valencia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with customers via email phone and chat providing a positive and professional experience in their preferred language.
- Offer knowledgeable product assistance and resolve issues to support customers effectively.
- Address customer concerns quickly ensuring full satisfaction with the resolution.
- Monitor orders deliveries and billing inquiries to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and requests across various systems for clear tracking.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Nativein German (C1 both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Strong interest in the industry allowing for a deeper understanding of customer inquiries.
- Customerfocused approach providing empathetic support and tailored solutions across all communication channels.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems efficiently to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Flexibility in adapting to new systems and tools with the ability to switch between processes and platforms effortlessly.
