Job Description

Job Title: Phlebotomist

Location: White River Junction VT

Duration: 7 Months
Start Date: April 2025

Shift Schedule: 40 hrs/week

Qualification:

Experience: 3 years of recent Phlebotomy experience.

Certifications: Phlebotomist BLS Good to have

If shortlisted CME is required.

Responsibilities:

Perform inpatient outpatient ED STAT ASAP and timed blood draws using venipuncture finger sticks or heel sticks.
Label process and prepare blood samples for testing and sendout procedures.
Verify patient identity ensure patient comfort and follow infection control protocols.
Maintain accurate records sanitize equipment and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
