As a Mechanical Engineer you will join in Bristol to support our activities within the Energy Sector
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Utilize your strong knowledge and experience in structural mechanics and load path analysis to lead technical discussions ensuring the robustness and safety of steel structures.
- Apply your technical background to conduct calculations and analyze beam behavior ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Leverage your understanding of EPR or general PWR design principles to contribute to the successful implementation of projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand equipment interfaces including safety case considerations systems engineering and CDM principles.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders including clients contractors and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications :
- Strong technical background in engineering with a focus on structural mechanics and load path analysis.
- Familiarity with steel structures calculation beams analysis and mechanical behaviors.
- Understanding of EPR or general PWR design principles.
- Proficiency in equipment interfaces safety case considerations systems engineering and CDM principles.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Relevant Industrial background in either oil and gas chemical power Nucle
