Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Managed Services sales activities in alignment with organizational objectives and the annual business plan for the given geography.
- Meet topline and GM targets for the region.
- Account mining and lead generation by effective prospecting and client engagements.
- Manage customer relationships for the specified market aligning with product OEMs to understand their roadmap and requirements and collaborate in solution building activities.
- Work with crossfunctional teams (extended sales team presales team and Practice team) to deliver the desired outcomes.
- Responsible for farming (upselling & crossselling in existing accounts) and hunting (new customer acquisition)
Qualification & Experience
- MBA in Sales / Marketing. Having B.Tech degree will be an added advantage.
- Total 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in IT Services with focus on managed services.
- Deep insights into IT Infrastructure IT Outsourcing SLA based services and NOC based services.
- Strong communication skills and client management skills.
- Should be confident selfdriven and gogetter. Should have the capability to engage with the C level / Senior IT leadership of the clients.
- Proven track record in managing the complete lifecycle of services deals from lead generation to deal closure
