Responsibilities:
1. PreSales Leadership:
Lead and manage all technical aspects of presales activities including PoCs technical presentations and proposals.
Serve as the key technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client interactions ensuring a clear understanding of their technical needs and challenges.
Provide strategic input on project cost estimations from a technology standpoint ensuring alignment between sales teams and technical capabilities.
2. Client Engagement & Onsite Representation:
Represent the organization as the technical point of contact in onsite client meetings addressing technical concerns proposing solutions and fostering strong trusted client relationships.
Ensure all client engagements are technically sound wellplanned and aligned with the overall business strategy.
3. Leadership & Talent Development:
Mentor and lead a team of 68 technical interns grooming them into professional highly skilled team members through welldefined learning journeys.
Build a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning helping team members develop critical skills for career growth.
4. Process Automation & Efficiency:
Lead efforts to automate internal processes increasing operational efficiency and reducing manual interventions.
Develop and maintain dashboards to enhance visibility into operations supporting DataCouchs goal to be a fully datadriven organization.
5. Product Innovation & Development:
Spearhead the development of new technical products and solutions such as Lab Solutions and Instructor Portals ensuring innovation is at the forefront of our strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements prioritize features and oversee the technical design and development.
6. Documentation & Knowledge Management:
Foster a documentationfirst mindset within the team ensuring that all technical processes solutions and best practices are welldocumented.
Improve and expand the organizations knowledge base ensuring it supports both internal stakeholders and external clients.
7. Global Thought Leadership & Branding:
Establish DataCouch as a recognized global authority in technology by leading content creation initiatives including case studies blogs and other highquality materials.
Drive content generation on platforms like LinkedIn Medium and Quora promoting DataCouch s expertise and innovations to a global audience.
Ensure the organization s voice is consistent professional and positions DataCouch at the forefront of technological advancements.
8. Technical Recruitment & Interviews:
Lead the technical recruitment process conducting interviews to identify toptier talent and ensuring they align with DataCouch s technical goals and culture.
Define hiring needs based on future growth and innovation objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fields.
8 years of experience in a technical leadership role with a proven track record in presales client engagement and product development.
Deep technical expertise in automation product development and process efficiency.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor develop and inspire technical teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills able to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Proven experience in writing and publishing technical content (blogs case studies) and managing a company s technical brand online.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and global tech authority.

Educational Background: Bachelor's and Master s degrees in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and familiar with key data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch). Strong understanding of all complex machine learning algorithms not limited to decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting machines. Competence in data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis. Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and preprocessing techniques. Experience with SQL and possibly some NoSQL databases for data querying and manipulation. Basic knowledge of data visualization tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn. Strong skills in SQL for data extraction, and the ability to work with complex database systems. Advanced knowledge of analytical tools and software such as Excel, Tableau, or more specialized software depending on the industry (e.g., SAS, SPSS). Experience with data visualization and the ability to create interactive dashboards. Vast knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, Machine Learning , Knowledge of genAI with implementation knowledge (LLM, fine tuning RAG implementation) and many more. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data processing and storage.. Professional Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a data science or related role. Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models to solve business problems. Experience in projects that involve complex data structures and large-scale datasets. Exposure to model validation and implementation in a production environment. Demonstrated experience in analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights. Proven track record of effectively communicating findings to help inform business decisions. Experience in performing statistical analysis, forecasting, and establishing data structures that optimize analytical capabilities. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a capability to work through complex issues using a logical and analytical approach.
