Job Description

Supplies Specialist (Printing Services)

Our client in the printing industry is seeking a skilled professional to support Managed Print Services (MPS) for enterprise clients. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence through process efficiency data integrity and inventory management. The successful candidate will manage supplies escalations and collaborate across departments to resolve supply issues efficiently.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $21.74.
12month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Onsite work in a dynamic environment.
Business casual dress code.
Casual company culture.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage inventory of print supplies to meet service level agreements.
Address and resolve supplies escalations for enterprise accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking reporting and data management.
Apply critical thinking to problemsolving and adapt to changing client requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service while working independently and within a team.
Handle toner cartridges including lifting and moving them to and from storage.
Less than 25 driving required using a personal vehicle.

What you will need to succeed:

College diploma or university degree is an asset.
Previous experience in a businesstobusiness role.
Strong communication skills both spoken and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team.
Strong problemsolving skills and critical thinking abilities.
Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
Adaptability to changing customer needs and operational requirements.
