In this role you will be responsible for complex EPC projects or subprojects for semiconductor flat panel display photovoltaic or battery production facilities.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for achieving the project targets for EHS project schedule project quality and project costs
Act as the key communication channel with the client and the project representative of the company
Maintain a thorough understanding of the contract with the client including scope terms conditions etc.
Lead the project team to identify all potential project risks and develop the risk mitigation plans and escalate such risks to the project director if necessary
Provide the accurate project status report to the project director or corporate management timely
Provide leadership to the project team develop and define the responsible matrix to the project team organize the project team
Make sure the corporate standards guidelines and procedures are properly downloaded to each project team member and are implemented throughout the entire project period
Develop the project plan review approve and implement the PEP into the project organization
Update the PEP regularly and review it with project director or corporate management
Be responsible for the development of all subplans review and approvals in the PEP
Requirements
Master Degree in Engineering or Architecture
Previous experience in related industries / industrial construction
EPC project management experience
Detailed knowledge project and coordination
Broad technical understanding of CSA and MEP systems
High willingness to travel (EU) and to stay on site for the construction period
PMI certification advantage
Prior experience in Advanced Technology Facilities (ATF) including battery production plants and semiconductor fabrication facilities
Good communication and motivation skills
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English

Design and calculation of electrical power supply systems (medium and low voltage systems, compensation, distribution boards, UPS, Diesel-Gen-Sets, lighting systems, electrical busbars, etc. depending on different project phases (concept, basic, detail design) Calculation of electrical systems including load flow, short circuit, and selectivity analysis Design of cable installation systems (cable ladders, cable trays, trenches, etc. Design and specification of electrical drives Design of earthing, lightning protection and overvoltage protection systems Completed university studies in the field of engineering (Bachelor or Master), extensive years of professional experience in design of electrical power supply systems Experience in design of Advanced Technology Facilities preferred Experience in leading of project teams Confident handling of common computer programs and MS Office applications Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility Good English and German language skills, written and spoken Willingness to travel and work at construction site
