Location: Pune / Hybrid

Market: USA
No. Of Open Positions: TWO one each

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong background in FinTech or Healthcare & Pharma to drive business growth in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have expertise in selling Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions building longterm relationships and driving revenue through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in the FinTech or Healthcare & Pharma sectors.

  • Identify opportunities for ERM/IRM/GRC and ITAM solution adoption within enterprise clients.

  • Drive the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on industry trends regulatory requirements and emerging technologies in risk management and IT asset management.

  • Regularly report on sales performance pipeline and market trends.

  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue growth and client retention for assigned key accounts in the USA FinTech Healthcare and Pharma sectors
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any client issues
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and client needs to propose innovative solutions
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and emerging technologies in FinTech Healthcare and Pharma sectors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts managing daytoday client interactions

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Enterprise Sales.

  • Proven track record in selling ERM or ITAM solutions to enterprise clients.

  • Strong domain knowledge in FinTech or Healthcare & Pharma.

  • Experience handling the USA marketunderstanding customer needs regulatory landscape and business culture.

  • Excellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar platforms.

  • Prior experience in SaaSbased enterprise solutions.

  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in FinTech or Healthcare.
