Job Title: ShortForm Video Editor
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 1200 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
Were looking for a ShortForm Video Editor to craft compelling highenergy content that keeps viewers engaged. The ideal candidate will have experience in editing shortform videos with fastpaced storytelling dynamic captions and creative enhancements such as Broll reaction memes zoomins and sound effects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit shortform videos with a clean fastpaced style optimized for LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
- Use jump cuts to maintain audience attention and engagement.
- Add dynamic captions for readability and impact.
- Incorporate zoomins punchins Broll overlays and reaction memes to enhance storytelling.
- Apply sound effects and music to create an engaging immersive viewing experience.
- Ensure videos align with the brands tone style and marketing objectives.
- Work with raw footage structuring clips for maximum retention and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience editing highretention shortform videos (LinkedIn YouTube Shorts TikTok Instagram Reels).
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of pacing storytelling and audience engagement in shortform content.
- Ability to transform raw footage into polished compelling video content.
- Attention to detail creativity and a passion for producing highquality video content.

- Experience in social media content strategy and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing and branding principles to ensure consistency.
