Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales from the sales leads provided through business calls.
- Qualify sales leads through calls.
- Sell to both consumers and commercial customers applying the correct solution and sales approach to each.
- Maintain effective communication with prospects and implement a proactive followup strategy.
- Continuously seek new ways to improve sales performance by reviewing calls and testing new sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in telesales.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels; independent proactive positive hardworking and driven with a cando attitude.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong customer service attitude and a peopleoriented approach.
