The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate order processing.
- Delivering customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Prompt and accurate handling of customer credit claims.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Improve customer experience
- Enhance and add new skills
- Participate in process improvements
- Minimum GSCE English and Mathematics at Grade C or higher
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service
- Call handling experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 2009 (AX2009)
- Intermediate skills in Word Excel and Outlook
