Job Title: Fulfillment Manager Bookkeeping Team
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage mentor and supervise the bookkeeping team ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Provide training and conduct performance reviews.
Process Oversight: Oversee daytoday workflows ensure tasks are distributed efficiently and implement process improvements for better performance and accuracy
Client Fulfillment: Act as a key point of contact for clients ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues related to bookkeeping services.
Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy of financial records compliance with accounting standards and regular audits of team output.
Performance Monitoring: Set team KPIs track progress and report on performance identifying areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work crossfunctionally with other teams to meet client needs and contribute to department strategy.
Technology Management: Utilize accounting software (Quickbooks Online and Desktop for bookkeeping and ADP Gusto or Quickbooks Payroll for payroll processing) effectively and stay current with industry tools and updates.
