An educational degree, such as Bachelor’s in Education Degree or related field.
A certified teaching qualification such PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate or equivalent (the PGCE must be accompanied by a subject relevant Bachelor’s Degree)
Minimum two years of teaching experience (international experience is an advantage but not required)
Exceptional subject knowledge, with extensive experience of teaching the British National Curriculum in every key stage.

A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning.
A commitment to actively participate in extracurricular activities after school hours.
Supporting Individual Learning Needs
Identify students who need additional support or enrichment and tailor lessons to meet their specific needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN), EAL (English as an Additional Language) learners, or gifted and talented students.
Offer one-on-one support or differentiated tasks to ensure that all students are able to access the content and make progress.
Provide guidance and mentorship for students, particularly those who may struggle with the material or face personal challenges.
