Who You Are
Youre an operations pro who gets things done efficiently. Detailoriented organized and comfortable with numbers legal docs and workflows you thrive in a fastpaced venture environment. You understand impactdriven investing and the role of ESG in VC.
Tasks
- Oversee Fund Operations: Manage capital calls distributions and reporting with the administrator.
- Handle Compliance & Governance: Work with layers on LPA TS and regulatory filings.
- Track Fund Performance: Monitor IRR MOIC TVPI with accurate documentation.
- Manage Financial Admin: Support budgeting operational expenses cash flow and financial planning.
- Drive Impact Strategy: Integrate ESG & DEI into operations and reporting.
- Support Fundraising and Investor Relations: Manage data room LP updates reports and events.
- Optimize Internal Operations: Streamline workflows CRM deal pipeline tools and portfolio tracking.
- Support HR & Team Operations: Assist with recruitment onboarding and general team coordination.
Requirements
- Experience in fund operations or administration (VC PE).
- Strong organizational and analytical skillsyou love making things more efficient.
- Knowledge of venture capital structures legal processes and compliance.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and investor relations.
- Familiarity with ESG principles or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area.
- Ability to implement techdriven process improvements.
- Fluency in English (German is a big plus).
- This role is based in Berlinwillingness to relocate is required (EU work permit needed).
