Job Description
Are you an experienced Procurement to Pay (PtP) Expert with deep knowledge of SAP/MM Ariba and Invoice Processing Join our team and play a key role in optimizing our SAPbased procurement and finance processes!
Tasks
- Manage the SAP/MM provisioning process including MMIV (Logistic Invoice Verification) and FIAP (Accounts Payable Invoice Processing).
- Oversee Ariba Business Network integration including PO and Invoice integration via CIG Buyer/Supplier portal and endtoend PtP process (PO Confirmation Invoicing).
- Handle IDOC setup enhancements and error resolution related to Ariba IDOCs.
- Work on Purchase Order outputs including SAP Script modifications SAP standard text handling and PO output error resolution.
- Support data migration related to purchasing master data and transaction data (experience with Readsoft and LSMW is a plus).
- Utilize IDOCs SAP Query and Interfaces to enhance procurement workflows.
- Read and interpret ABAP code to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
- Analyze business requirements identify gaps and propose efficient solutions.
- Evaluate and manage the impact of configuration or process changes.
- Resolve functional and technical business issues and provide system specifications and documentation.
Requirements
Proven experience in SAP/MM provisioning Ariba integration and invoice processing.
Strong understanding of Purchase Order outputs and execution.
Experience with IDOCs SAP Scripts and LSMW.
Ability to read and understand ABAP code.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent documentation and communication skills in English (written & oral).
NicetoHave:
- Experience with Readsoft.
- Exposure to data migration (purchasing master data & transaction data).
