Job Description
Job Title: Director GCC Finance
What Youll Bring:
-
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting; a Masters degree is a plus.
-
20 years of experience in financial analysis forecasting modeling financial reporting and monthend close.
-
10 years of people management experience.
-
Proven expertise in leading finance & accounting functions for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) including setup ongoing support and growth.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to clearly and concisely present insights key trends performance metrics and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to identify define and develop solutions for complex financial challenges.

Proficiency in business software packages including MS Office ERP systems (PeopleSoft Hyperion OneStream or similar applications) BI and data visualization tools.
Impact Youll Make:

Lead the Corporate FP&A function for all GCC locations ensuring robust financial planning and analysis.

Drive accountability for budget and forecast cycles monitoring forecasts against actuals and identifying areas for improvement.

Support business leaders and stakeholders by providing accurate and timely financial insights for strategic decisionmaking.

Ensure a smooth monthend close process and deliver complete and accurate quarterly financial results.

Attract retain and develop FP&A talent across GCC centers fostering engagement and professional growth.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Procurement Legal Strategy and HR teams advising them on financerelated matters.
In Partnership with Accounting:
-
Ensure all monthly accruals and balances reconcile with trial balances.
-
Prepare IGAAP financials and analyze transfer pricing margins.
-
Maintain proper internal financial controls.
-
Oversee financial records vouchers and ledger accounts.
-
Prepare financial KPI explanations for regular meetings.
-
Make necessary accruals and provisions to mitigate financial surprises.

Ensure accurate cost segmentation in financial records.
-
Manage company assets ensuring proper insurance coverage and physical verification.
-
Address queries and requirements from statutory and internal auditors.

Ensure compliance with GST SEZ STPI RBI regulations and all applicable tax and legal requirements.

Plan coordinate and complete audits (Statutory Tax Internal) in a timely manner.

Handle additional responsibilities assigned by the Head of Finance as required.
