Job Description
As a Financial Admin Assistant you will handle daily financial administration insurance and superannuation research and client data management. You ll coordinate review packs liaise with thirdparty providers ensure compliance and support financial advisers. Your role is key in implementing financial recommendations maintaining workflows and ensuring accurate efficient client service delivery.

Shift: Day Shift Monday Friday 6:30 AM 3:30 PM Weekends Off
Salary: PHP 55000
Work setup: Onsite (Alabang/Makati) with future transition to Permanent Work From Home
Your Daily Tasks
DaytoDay:
- Perform daily administration tasks
- Conduct insurance research
- Conduct superannuation research
- Liaise with thirdparty product providers
- Escalate issues where appropriate
- Deliver compliant client administration
- Maintain workflows
- Update client personal information
Reviews:
- Coordinate the timely delivery of review packs to financial advisers before client review meetings
- Identify issues/concerns and raise them with advisers in a timely manner
- Conduct research on existing products the client may have that Bright Wealth is not the nominated adviser to ensure accuracy in client reports
Implementation:
- Work with the CSM postreview meetings to ensure all required documentation is signed and lodged within the agreed timeframes
- Ensure all advice recommendations are implemented and follow up as needed
Insurance Work:
- Attend to premium dishonours promptly and ensure followup with clients until payments are made
- Maintain accurate file notes for client insurance policies
- Prepare amendment quotes for advisers as required
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 35 years of administrative experience; background in financial planning is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Accurate data entry and keen attention to detail and proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook and Teams).
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with Australian Financial Planning rules and regulations.
- XPlan experience is desirable but not required.
- Consistently work to deliver exceptional client experience ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling client information.
