Job Description
We re seeking a creative and resultsdriven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. In this exciting role you ll have the unique opportunity to promote both our highend day spa services and our stateoftheart laser machine sales. You ll be responsible for crafting engaging content implementing strategic marketing campaigns and driving client engagement to boost bookings and sales. This position offers a perfect blend of creativity and analytics allowing you to showcase your social media expertise while contributing directly to the company s growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies for Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and TikTok to increase brand awareness and client engagement
- Create compelling platformspecific content that showcases our spa treatments and laser technology including daily posts of beforeandafter treatment photos
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across all social media channels and via email
- Implement effective followup strategies with potential clients maintaining a friendly and nonpushy approach
- Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation optimize posting schedules and improve overall social media performance
- Generate and analyze comprehensive reports on social media metrics providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with the business owner to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and business goals
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices particularly in the beauty and wellness industry
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the beauty or wellness industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
- Advanced proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms especially Instagram and Facebook
- Demonstrated knowledge of social media best practices including effective hashtag strategies and engagement techniques
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in social media marketing with a willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong analytical skills and experience in creating and interpreting social media performance reports
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a parttime remote setting
- Passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for aesthetically pleasing content
- Experience with photo editing and graphic design software is a plus
