Position: Tech Business Developer Representative (Norwegian

Remuneration: Base salary & incentives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve quarterly performance targets and consistently meet daily and weekly activity goals.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify highpotential leads including both new business opportunities and upsell prospects.
- Perform outbound prospecting to source and engage potential customers.
- Educate prospective clients about available products or services.
- Conduct daily outreach through phone calls and emails often involving cold calls to engage decisionmakers and establish rapport.
- Assess the needs and pain points of prospects gather relevant requirements align solutions with business needs and drive the sales process forward.
- Regularly update and maintain customer and prospect information in the CRM managing leads contacts opportunities and activities.
- Work towards achieving both team and individual goals related to performance metrics such as productivity conversion rates opportunity generation and pipeline development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Norwegian (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency.
- Bachelors degree technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience in outbound sales within the tech industry.
- Understanding of the cloud industry preferably with Cloud certification.
- Strong ability to align business needs with appropriate solutions and solid business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills a team player with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Comfortable working toward a set quota in a phonebased sales environment.
- Able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
- Experience with CRM systems preferably Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude; selfmotivated to achieve individual and team goals.
- Strong organizational skills with expertise in pipeline management time management and prioritization.
- Proficient in basic computer skills required for a technologydriven job.
