Job Description
- Lead and manage the Purchasing team including training supervision and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and yearly KPIs
- Oversee purchasing of goods and services aligning with company stock policy and quality standards
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies policies and procedures
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure supplier compliance with company requirements
- Provide 612 month rolling forecast on key materials to vendors
- Handle special projects adhoc requirements and other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role preferably in the chemical industry or hardware market
- Strong systems and process knowledge preferably SAP
- Good knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated with high degree of initiative and ability to work independently
- Highest standards of ethics integrity and attention to detail
