Requirements
- 8 years working on global websites for SaaS companies (eCommerce or Growth experience an added plus)
- Experience overseeing development testing/optimization SEO CMS migrations global site architecture with a strong understanding of web best practices
- Experience managing complex product development cycles and technical solutions
- Experience leading crossfunctional teams to deliver products and projects on deadlines
- Outstanding data analysis skills
- Experience managing projects through a full product lifecycle including integrating customer and business needs gathered through research into product requirements defining the product strategy driving prioritization managing a roadmap and pre/postlaunch analysis
- Ability to present to exec audience and synthesize information to a business audience
- Adept at managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives available resources and timelines in mind

Responsibilities
- Represent the voice of customers and prospects in the feature development cycle through datadriven insights testing competitive analysis/benchmarking and qualitative feedback.
- Manage strategic projects and deliverables to incorporate the full scope of requirements needed to deliver endtoend web products including: functionality performance security scalability resiliency localization and integrations.
- Manage and prioritize your work within the web engineering backlog using product development techniques including: minimum viable product validated learning sprint releases and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Engage with crossfunctional delivery teams to ensure web product vision is preserved and aligned to goals throughout implementation and delivery.
- Establish and refine core processes for the team including the intake process project management process and agile methodology
- Partner closely with testing and optimization team to develop and deploy interative testing and personalization strategy to support your project work and KRs
- Help manage website KPIs and reporting. Perform funnel analytics that uncover new findings and opportunities for driving revenue. Monitor and enhance site performance and uptime.
- Bonus points if you have experience pivoting toward AI to augment traditional web work and build for scale
