Shift: 6:30 AM 2:30 PM (MF)
Responsibilities:
- Receiving processes
- Staging parts for production
- Cycle Counting
- Forklift use onthejob training
- Willing to work extra hours when needed
Job Duties:
- Performs manual and clerical shipping/receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.
- Uses computer system for tracking logging verifying and reporting.
- Follows shipping practices transportation routing schedules and requirements.
- Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
- Unpacks/wraps finished products raw stock assemblies parts etc.
- Verifies quantity weight and conformance of materials to stated identifications.
- Logs receipt of items processes freight bills packing sheets and other documents.
- Reports materials shipped and bills of lading posts weight/shipping charges and routes merchandise.
Production Support Career Stream:
- Supports manufacturing operations/distribution centers: assembly machinery processing packaging and/or distribution.
- Sets up and operates automatic/semiautomatic machines in production.
- Reports machine malfunctions and abnormalities; higher levels may recommend/make adjustments.
- Involved in shipping receiving inventory control or storage of products.
