Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven General Manager to lead daily store operations drive sales and ensure outstanding customer experiences. This onsite role in Marion OH requires a strategic leader who can manage staff optimize business performance and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead train and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Manage budgets financial reports and inventory to maximize profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications & Skills - Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong background in retail operations and sales management.

- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and performance analysis.

- Experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
