The Sr. Manager of Data and Customer Marketing Analytics will be responsible for leading the strategy execution and optimization of data analytics to improve customer acquisition retention and overall marketing effectiveness. This role will oversee the collection analysis and interpretation of data to develop actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and business decisions.

Marketing Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Develop and implement a comprehensive datadriven marketing strategy to enhance acquisition engagement and retention efforts.
- Analyze multichannel marketing performance (paid media email social web CRM etc.) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Oversee attribution modeling marketing mix modeling and campaign measurement to improve ROI.
- Partner with marketing product and sales teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track success.
- Corporate ad hoc data and category trend analysis as required
Customer Insights & Segmentation
- Lead customer segmentation behavioral analysis and lifecycle modeling to personalize marketing efforts.
- Utilize predictive analytics and machine learning to forecast customer trends and improve targeting.
- Leverage firstparty thirdparty and zeroparty data to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Identify and develop strategies to optimize customer lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn.
Data Strategy & Governance
- Ensure data integrity compliance and security across marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Define and implement best practices for data collection integration and governance.
- Drive collaboration with IT engineering and data science teams to improve data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Develop executive level reports and presentations to inform key stakeholders of category trend analysis.
- Communicate datadriven insights to executive leadership and crossfunctional teams.
- Champion a culture of datadriven decisionmaking and continuous experimentation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Marketing ROI (Return on Investment): Measure the efficiency of marketing spend across channels.
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Track the cost of acquiring new customers.
- Marketing Attribution Accuracy: Assess the effectiveness of attribution models in assigning credit to various marketing touchpoints.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Measure improvements in website email and campaign conversion rates.
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV): Track revenue generated per customer over time.
- Churn Rate: Measure customer retention and identify factors contributing to churn.
- Customer Segmentation Effectiveness: Assess how welldefined segments improve personalization and engagement.
- Repeat Purchase Rate: Percentage of customers making repeat purchases.
- Data Accuracy & Integrity: Track completeness consistency and reliability of marketing data.
- Data Processing Efficiency: Time taken to collect process and analyze marketing data.
- FirstParty Data Utilization: Measure the percentage of marketing efforts leveraging firstparty data for personalization.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Analytics Marketing Business or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in data analytics customer insights or marketing analytics.
- Strong expertise in SQL Python R or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Looker or Power BI.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics Adobe Analytics CDPs CRM systems).
- Deep understanding of attribution modeling customer segmentation and digital marketing performance metrics.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.
- Excellent problemsolving strategic thinking and communication skills.
