Overview:The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will be responsible for gathering business requirements analyzing processes and supporting the implementation of Salesforce solutions. The role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams conducting data analysis and ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions.
Position:Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
Responsibilities:- Gather and document business requirements use cases and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze and improve business processes.
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Develop business requirement documents process maps and other relevant documentation.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Maintain effective communication with project teams business partners and IT staff.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Visio PowerPoint Outlook).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools (process mapping use case modeling requirements gathering).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of financial services or wealth management is a plus.
