Job Description
- Design develop and implement custom applications and extensions using Workday Extend
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Work closely with Workday functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications test plans and user guides
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of custom solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom applications and extensions
- Stay uptodate with Workday updates and new features to continuously improve and optimize custom solutions
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications and extensions
- Minimum of three years of experience in Workday Extend development
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture and integration capabilities
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript XML and XSLT
- Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Workday Integrations (23 years)
- Workday Extend (23 years)
- Workday certification in Extend or other relevant areas
- Experience with Workday Studio
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs
- PRISM Education needed for this position:
- Bachelors or Associates Industry experience needed for this role and why:
- Workday Extend is a very specific skillset candidates without the proper experience in Workday Extend in HR implementations wont be considered.
