Our client is a topnotch real estate company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Oversee and take full responsibility for all operations within the real estate sales department.
Formulate and implement effective business strategies and action plans to drive sales workforce development marketing initiatives and market expansion efforts.
Report to the Board of Directors on the department s performance on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis.
Research analyze and evaluate potential markets updating information on the market and company s products.
Set sales objectives manage recruitment oversee training programs and monitor the effectiveness of the sales teams.
Build train and develop a highquality real estate consulting team.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners ensuring longterm business relationships.
Bachelor s degree or higher in Business Administration Real Estate Economics or a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry with at least 3 years in a leadership role within sales management.
Strong knowledge of real estate business market trends competitors and sales & marketing strategies.
Proficiency in real estate planning legal frameworks financial structures and economic factors influencing the industry.
Excellent leadership strategic planning and execution skills.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Strong communication negotiation persuasion and problemsolving skills.
