Position:HubSpot Platform Expert
Work hours:9:00 am to 6:00 pm Brisbane Australia time
Compensation range:US$2100 US$2500/month

About the role
As a HubSpot Platform Expert you will be responsible for implementing maintaining and optimising the HubSpotplatform across Marketing Sales and Service Hub. Your expertise will ensure that our clients fully leverage the capabilitiesof HubSpot to achieve their business goals. You will also play a critical role in training clients helping them maximise theadoption and effectiveness of the HubSpot platform.

Responsibilities:

HubSpot Implementation and Optimisation

  • Implement and configure HubSpot for new clients ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
  • Optimise HubSpot usage across Marketing Sales and Service Hub to drive client success.
  • Develop and execute strategies for clients to utilise HubSpot effectively to meet their business objectives.

Client Training and Support

  • Conduct online training sessions via Zoom and Google Meet to educate clients on HubSpot features and bestpractices.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure clients are fully utilising HubSpots capabilities.
  • Develop training materials and documentation to support client learning and adoption.

Strategic Consultation

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance on leveraging HubSpotto achieve these goals.
  • Analyse client data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HubSpot utilisation and performance.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing sales and development to ensure cohesive and integratedsolutions for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.

HubSpot Administration & Management

  • Oversee the configuration implementation and optimisation of all HubSpot Hubs (Marketing Sales Service CMSand Operations).
  • Manage user roles permissions and overall system governance.


Marketing Hub Management

  • Build and optimise automated marketing workflows email campaigns landing pages and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Set up lead scoring models and ensure smooth integration with sales processes.
  • Manage website content and SEO using the HubSpot CMS.


Sales Hub Support

  • Implement and optimise pipelines deal stages lead routing and automation workflows.
  • Assist in setting up playbooks sequences and automation for sales efficiency.
  • Ensure data hygiene and CRM best practices are maintained.


Service Hub Implementation

  • Configure and optimise ticketing systems knowledge bases and customer feedback tools.
  • Automate customer service workflows and chatbot functionality.
  • Support customer success initiatives with datadriven insights.

Operations Hub (RevOps) & Data Management

  • Ensure proper data syncing across different tools and platforms.
  • Manage workflows to automate and optimise operations.
  • Monitor and improve reporting dashboards data integrity and integrations.

HubSpot Integrations & Technical Support

  • Configure and maintain integrations with thirdparty tools such as Salesforce Slack Zoom and other businessapplications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpotrelated technical issues.
  • Work with developers when necessary to implement APIbased integrations.

Training & Best Practices

  • Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams on HubSpot best practices.
  • Stay updated on HubSpots latest features updates and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).


Analytics & Reporting

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards across different hubs to provide actionable insights.
  • Analyse campaign performance sales metrics and customer service trends.
  • Provide recommendations for improving key business processes based on HubSpot data.

Requirements:

This role requires a strong technical understanding of HubSpot problemsolving skills and a proactive approach tooptimising business processes.

  • 35 years of experience in implementing maintaining and optimising HubSpot across Marketing Sales and ServiceHub.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpots features and capabilities with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct effective training sessions and build strong
    client relationships.
  • Proficiency with online training tools such as Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisionmaking and strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience with other marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Background in digital marketing sales operations or customer service.
  • HubSpot certification(s) in Marketing Sales and Service Hub.
