About the role
As the Operations Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the business ensuring everything runs efficiently and smoothly. You will act as the crucial link between their delivery team and leadership team allowing leadership to focus on strategic work. This is a critical role that will establish and reinforce the operational foundation of the company enabling scalable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daytoday operations of the business ensuring smooth workflows and addressing operational issues as they arise.
- Act as a buffer between the project management team and senior leadership filtering operational matters that need the CEOs attention and handling the rest.
- Oversee resource planning and staffing ensuring appropriate allocation of talent across projects and optimising team capacity.
- Management of the offshore team (Indonesia Argentina Pakistan India Philippines total of 5 people as of now)to ensure deadlines are being met and work is being delivered to a set standard.
- Lead the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency consistency and scalability across all functions.

- Collaborate with HR on staffing needs and resource allocation to ensure they meet project demands effectively.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and areas for improvement driving continuous process optimisation.
- Ensure the business is running in a way that reduces dependency on individual team members especially senior leadership allowing them to scale smoothly.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager within a digital agency.
- Helped scale an agency.
- Deep proficiency and expertise with ClickUp for project management.
- Experience and certifications with HubSpot CRM.
- Strong experience in process management resource planning and SOP development.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency inbuilding automations with Make/Zapier.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into operational processes. Someone who seeks to better understand the agencys current processes bottlenecks and challenges and constantly finds ways to solve them.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Experience with staffing and resource allocation in a projectbased environment.
