We are looking for Inbound Call Center Representatives to be the friendly voice of our company. This role is about more than just answering callsits about creating a positive customer experience solving problems efficiently and ensuring every caller feels valued and supported.
What You Will Do:
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Assist customers by providing information resolving inquiries and directing calls as needed
- Accurately log call details and maintain customer records
- Handle emails and chat inquiries with the same level of care and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain a calm and friendly approach even in highpressure situations
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
- A positive and professional attitude when handling customer inquiries
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required
