Role Overview:
In this role youll receive comprehensive training to assist customers across multiple channels including phone chat email and social media. Whether helping with bookings resolving inquiries or ensuring a smooth travel experience youll play a key role in providing outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone email chat and social media
- Assist passengers with flight bookings cancellations and rescheduling
- Handle baggage inquiries refunds and travel documentation support
- Troubleshoot checkin and boarding issues to ensure smooth travel
- Offer guidance on travel policies visa requirements and airline regulations
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Stay updated on airline promotions policies and travel industry trends
- Engage in continuous training and skill development for career growth
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
