Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead and mentor a team of React developers ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.

Design and develop highquality scalable and maintainable frontend applications using React.js and related technologies.
-
Collaborate with UX/UI designers backend developers and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
-
Optimize applications for maximum performance across different devices and browsers.
-
Review and improve existing code ensuring code quality and maintainability.
-
Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends and incorporate them into the development process.
-
Participate in architecture and design discussions contributing innovative solutions.
-
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
Required Qualifications:
-
10 years of experience in frontend development with at least 6 years in a leadership role.

Expertise in React.js Redux React Hooks TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6).
-
Strong understanding of HTML5 CSS3 and responsive design principles.
-
Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack Babel and package managers like npm or Yarn.
-
Familiarity with RESTful APIs GraphQL and modern authentication mechanisms (OAuth JWT etc.).
-
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest Enzyme or React Testing Library.

Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fastpaced development environment.

Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think strategically.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with Next.js Storybook and microfrontends.
-
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
-
Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
-
Understanding of WebSockets and realtime applications.
