1. Commercialisation Strategy:
Contribute to develop customise and execute EFX GTM strategies aligned with Visas crossborder growth plans.
Identify and prioritise market opportunities and key client segments (banks merchants and fintechs) to enhance and grow FX attachment.
Build scalable repeatable commercialisation strategies and plans which integrate EFX solutions within Visas broader money movement and carded flow offerings.
2. Market Engagement:
Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert to educate and influence Visas Sales and BD stakeholders as well as European clients on the role and value of EFX solutions in meeting Visas long term strategy.
Partner with regional Business Development (BD) and Sales teams Account Executives XB Leads Product and Solutions owners to develop tailored client pitches responding to RFPs/RFIs and articulate Visas value proposition to drive deeper enduser engagement and higher XB Payment Volume.
Monitor market trends competitive dynamics and evolving client and endusers needs to help refine strategies and offerings.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Establish strong relationships with cluster markets account executives and BD teams to identify and prioritise highimpact high XB growth and strategic client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams including Product Marketing Risk Visa Consulting & Analytics and Sales Enablement to deliver integrated client solutions.
Work with Visas executives to align EFX initiatives with broader corporate strategies.
4. Solution Scaling:
Oversee the successful deployment of EFX solutions across priority segments and markets.
Lean in on complex and firstofakind deals in new markets or segments identifying unlocked opportunities ensuring seamless integration and adoption of solutions.
Leverage client feedback and insights to drive product roadmap enhancements and innovation.
5. Leadership and Reporting:
Lead clusterfocused plans to deliver against EFX commercialisation OKRs
Provide regular updates to EFX leadership team on progress challenges and opportunities.
Represent Visa as a subject matter expert in industry forums sharing insights on crossborder solutions and emerging trends
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
