Job Description
- Work with the Google Script Engineer and Project Manager team who built the previous Reviews.
- Analyze our past Salary Review Processes and data collection propose unified set of data definition and transform into a single data base.
- Support the migration to Workday Advanced Compensation by offering readable historical data for managers and potentially for the employees.
- Prepare historical dashboards of past Salary Review displaying unique sets of Finance and People metrics.
Qualifications :
- A university degree in Business Management Social Sciences or in other related fields.
- Ideally first experience with Data Analysis and Management. Along with a fastadapting personality with a strong sense of ownership detail orientation and just do it approach
- Processfocused thinking and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English verbal and written German is a plus
