Job Description
About Role:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining serverside applications using Node.js
collaborating with frontend developers and ensuring high performance and responsiveness
of applications. You will work on building scalable and efficient backend solutions and
contribute to the overall system architecture.
Requirements
Developing highperformance applications by writing testable reusable and efficient code.
Developing and maintaining all serverside network components.
Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to frontend requests.
Collaborating with frontend developers on the integration of elements.
Designing customerfacing UI and backend services for various business processes.
Implementing effective security protocols data protection measures and storage solutions.
Running diagnostic tests repairing defects and providing technical support.
Documenting Node.js processes including database schemas as well as preparing reports.
Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development
Requirements
Mandatory Skills : Nodejs Javascript Mongodb or SQL (Database)
Good to have Skills : Angular.
Demonstrate an ability to work under pressure to meet deliverables accurately and on
time
Excellent communication interpersonal organizational time management and leadership skills
Collaborate effectively with other teams within department and the Organization
Must be able to resolve problems on a daily basis handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field

Core Java , Microservices , MYSQL , Multithreading , oops , Team Management The following describes the general qualifications and physical, sensory and mental abilities normally associated with performing the essential functions of this position. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in managing technical teams and projects. Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable architectures in a microservices environment. Strong expertise in Java-based technologies and best practices in software development. Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
