Roles & Responsibilities As a Technical L1 Support professional you will be responsible for providing frontline technical assistance to customers and clients. Your primary duties will include: Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues via email phone or chat. Diagnosing and resolving basic technical problems related to products or services. Documenting all support interactions and solutions for future reference. Collaborating with other technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. Assisting customers in understanding and using the product or service effectively. Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers at all times. Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this role candidates must meet the following criteria: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar technical support role. Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently as well as in a teamoriented environment. Proficient in using support tools and software such as ticketing systems and remote desktop applications. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements While not mandatory the following skills and qualifications are preferred: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Experience with common operating systems (Windows macOS Linux) and mobile platforms. Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies. Certifications in technical support or relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A ITIL) will be a plus. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Windows, Mac, Linux, CompTIA A+, ITIL
