Job Description
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an F&I Associate to support our Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations in Valencia Spain. This role will be responsible for assisting financial transactions reviewing payment processes and ensuring regulatory compliance contributing to the seamless execution of financial and insurancerelated activities across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing financial transactions verifying documentation and ensuring compliance with Flywires internal controls.
- Perform payment matching reconciliation and issue resolution to maintain accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ensure that all transactions adhere to local and international financial regulations identifying and addressing compliance risks.
- Work closely with internal teams external clients and financial partners to support seamless payment flows.
- Assist in managing Flywires insurancerelated processes ensuring that financial and risk management policies are effectively executed.
- Generate reports and analyze key financial trends to identify discrepancies and optimize processes.
- Continuously assess and enhance financial workflows to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications :
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a detailoriented analytical and customerfocused professional with a strong background in finance payments or financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics business administration or a related field.
- At least one to three years of experience in financial operations banking fintech or insurancerelated roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data identify trends and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Understanding of financial compliance risk management and regulatory frameworks in Spain and Europe.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Experience with financial systems ERP platforms or payment processing tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
